Natural Rubber is produced from the Latex – the milky juice of the Hevea Brasiliensis – meaning – Weeping Wood – Rubber Tree in a form of raw rubber. Natural Rubber is harvested as latex – a natural source of isoprene, called Caoutchouc or India Rubber – which is dried out from commercial processing. This dried out from natural rubber is the chemical polyisoprene – also known as 2-methylbuta-1, 3-diene with the chemical formula (C5H8) n.

The Rubber – Elastomeric materials can be classified in to two major types according to common use are Natural Rubber and Synthetic Rubber. Natural Rubber is good oil resistance – low gas permeability – improved rolling resistance, high strength, resilience, elasticity, resistance to abrasion, impact resistance, low cost and efficient heat dispersion, makes it ideal for use in medical and other application.

Synthetic Rubber is any type of artificially made by man, from petrochemical feedstock or polymer material is normally obtain by emulsion addition polymerization and condensation polymerization, which act as an elastomer.

Several types of Synthetic Rubbers were made such as:

Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), Butyl Rubber IIR, Butadiene Rubber BR, Isoprene Rubber IR, Neoprene Rubber CR, Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene (CSM) / Hypalon, Ethylene Propylene Diene monomer (EPDM), Fluoroelastomers (FKM) – Viton, Polychloroprene (CR) – Neoprene, Silicon Rubber (SiR), Acrylic Rubber (ACM), Perfluoro elastomer (FFKM), Polysulfide Rubber (PSR).

We are expert in designing and manufacturing custom Rubber molded parts, using polymers of durometer including above Rubber grade materials.

We are helping our customers to choose the best suitable elastomer for custom products, keeping in mind our customers’ application and parameters to be maintained.

We also, manufacturing custom parts Rubber molded to metals like: Steel, Brass, Aluminum, Cast Iron, Stainless Steel, Bronze, etc.
